Organic synthesis team leader

Job Responsibilities:

1. Independently responsible for carrying out and completing the research and development project of target organic synthesis within the agreed time according to company requirements, researching and designing synthesis methods, screening and optimizing necessary reaction routes, conditions, and raw materials, tackling technical difficulties in research and development, being able to solve various problems that arise in experiments, accepting higher difficulty projects, and completing the design of synthesis routes.

2. Strong organic synthesis experimental skills and theoretical knowledge, able to independently conduct process research work.

3. Proficient in formulating project portfolios and routes, while completing their own tasks, leading 2-4 person teams to conduct research work, guiding and training subordinates to improve their work skills.

4. Reasonably allocate projects, effectively control project costs and project cycles, and provide reasonable suggestions for the workflow of the department to improve overall work efficiency.

5. Can clearly and completely complete experimental records, project reports, and provide regular and irregular written reports.

6. Familiar with safety management and able to ensure that subordinates strictly implement the company's various rules and regulations.

7. Organize group meetings, provide feedback on issues that arise, and coordinate solutions.

Job requirements:

1. Organic synthesis, pharmaceutical chemistry, and chemical engineering majors.

2. Bachelor's degree with over 8 years of experience, doctoral degree with over 2 years of research and development experience, and master's degree with over 3 years of research and development experience.

3. Rich experience in organic synthesis, proficient in organic synthesis, product separation, and structural identification skills.

4. Proficient in literature search methods and possessing excellent English reading and writing skills.

5. Strong sense of responsibility, possessing excellent teamwork spirit and communication skills.

Senior Organic Cooperative Member

Job Responsibilities:

1. Independently complete small-scale and pilot scale research on pharmaceutical intermediates or active pharmaceutical ingredients.

2. Participate in and guide the scale-up production of processes; Can lead 1-2 process researchers to carry out work.

3. Able to solve most of the problems encountered in the experiment, or able to cooperate with the project team to solve the problems encountered in the experiment through communication and discussion.

4. Skilled in thinking and analyzing problems, able to propose their own ideas and suggestions for the synthesis routes of compounds.

5. Complete the experimental records clearly and completely, and ensure that the experimental report is authentic, detailed, and reliable.

Job requirements:

1. More than 3 years of undergraduate experience in organic synthesis (including processes), and more than 1 year of master's experience in organic synthesis (including processes).

2. Proactive, honest, rigorous, responsible and self-motivated, possessing teamwork and innovative spirit.

3. Priority is given to transferring laboratory processes to the workshop for scaling up production experience;

4. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.

Organic members

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist the project team leader in formulating project plans, strictly implement project plans according to the arrangements of the project team leader, timely record various work elements, communicate with the team leader in a timely manner in case of special circumstances, and update the plans with permission.

2. Proficient in completing chemical reactions and conducting comprehensive analysis of the results, assisting in completing research projects with certain difficulties.

3. Resolve some of the issues that arise during the experiment, promptly provide feedback to the project leader for unresolved issues, and discuss and resolve them in a timely manner.

4. Capable of completing small batch (gram level) or large batch (kilogram level) chemical synthesis reactions.

5. Report the progress of experiments to the team leader in a timely manner according to project or customer needs, and submit experimental progress reports if necessary.

6. Complete the experimental records, experimental report clearly and completely, and draft the project report after the completion of the project.

7. Complete other tasks assigned by the director.

Job requirements:

1. Major in organic chemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry, chemical engineering, or related chemistry, with a college degree or above.

2. Having a solid theoretical knowledge of organic chemistry, familiar with various organic reactions, and proficient in experimental operations.

3. Serious and proactive in work, positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, good at communication. Capable of enduring hardship, able to handle high work pressure, with good team spirit and coordination skills;

4. Good English proficiency.

Chemical operator

Job Responsibilities:

1. According to the process rules in the chemical workshop, follow the operating standards.

2. Complete basic operations such as production, material requisition, feeding, post-treatment, and drying in the chemical workshop according to leadership requirements.

2. Responsible for various unit operations in the fine chemical production workshop.

3. Maintain production equipment and instruments.

Job requirements:

1. Junior high school education or above, under the age of 55.

2. Having a pharmaceutical or chemical education background or work experience is preferred.

3. Strong sense of responsibility and excellent teamwork spirit.

4. Physically healthy, hardworking, with good professional dedication and teamwork spirit, able to adapt to shift work.

5. Priority should be given to those with experience in chemical plant production operations
